However, will power is greatly reduced when there is nothing to track the progress or to keep an accurate log of the results. DietPower is a smart and complex application that can help you reach your health related goals in a professional and entertaining way.

he main purpose of this application is not to promote a diet plan or a body routine; it's more of an health coach that keeps track of all your food intake as well as physical routine and nutrient counter. Even if it may appear complicated and exhaustive at first, if you check the five minutes tutorial, you'll see that DietPower is fairly straightforward.

To efficiently use this tool, you have to log in your meals and exercise plan in order to see how much nutrients and calories you consumed as well as burned in a single day. Keep in mind that you need to log information on a daily basis if you want to develop a strong diet plan.

When you start the app for the first time, a small survey-like panel has to be completed. This will create an user account with your current body situation which is further used for developing and logging all your activity.
