ASUS Sync

ASUS Sync is a simple tool designed to synchronize the data between your computer and an ASUS mobile device. You can use it to transfer data from your device to the computer in order to backup important information.

While the mobile devices provide access to vital business or personal information in any location, it is equally important to backup their content regularly in order to prevent data loss. The ASUS Sync application is especially designed for syncing the data on your Eee PAD.

The package includes the sync tool and the drivers required to connect your device through the USB cable. Once the connection between the computer and the device is established you can synchronize the calendar and contacts with minimum effort.

Although the program does not include any documentation, the interface is rather simple and provides quick access to the items available for synchronization. If you only need to transfer the calendar events or the contacts, the app allows you to select them in the main window.

The tools included in the ASUS Sync program only deal with basic data synchronization, without providing other information about the memory status or charge mode. However, it displays the device type and the installed operating system in the Overview tab.

Unfortunately, this tool does allow you to transfer other items or to convert media files for being played on the Eee PAD. If you want to transfer movies or music to your device, you need to find another solution.
