IVM Answering Attendant's main window displays the application menu and toolbars, the voice mailboxes and the process log. 

IVM Answering Attendant's OGM menu allows you to configure various options of the out-going messages. 

The Message tab gives you access to a wide range of message-related actions that you can perform. 

The General Settings tab lets you customize the application's behaviour according to your needs and preferences. 

In the AutoHours Settings tab, you can enable the automatic switch the answering machine at certain times of day. 

The Call Transfer tab in the Settings window allows you to configure the Blind Transfer, the Confirmed or Answer Detect Transfer and the Conference Call Simulation.
