Working at Softpedia opened my eyes to how diverse and large the IT universe really is. There are hundreds of applications. Aside from the leaders, best in their own field, you get scores of underdogs that seek to challenge their position.

I would like to think that for every need there is a good app to assist in reaching the goal. However, that is not always the case. And this is why the IT universe, much like our own, is expanding.

There are constantly new software products being developed, new functionality being invented, new algorithms devised. The IT world is filled to the brim with life and innovation, and watching it all unfold makes for a dazzling display. I can say I am blessed to witness it firsthand here, at Softpedia.
