This program acts as a proxy between MSN client and the Dispatch server (messenger.hotmail.com:1863); it permits you to log on to MSN with older versions of MSN Messenger 2009 when it is forbidden by the server. The executable is in English and Italian.

This program can run on Windows NT/2000/2003/XP/Vista/2008/7 and does not require setup.
