- AJA's 4K2HD down-converts professional SDI 4K/UHD signals to HD resolution using AJA's high-quality scaling for cost-effective monitoring and conversion.
- 4K2HD supports high frame rate (HFR) 4K inputs at 50 and 60fps and converts the HD output to 25 and 30fps for accurate viewing on HD monitors. Configuration options also allow an HD resolution image to be extracted from the 4K input as a one-to-one pixel image for accurate focus checking of 4K images using an HD monitor.
- Improvements:
- Hi5-3D:
- Added control for frame alignment in 3D modes.
- Fixed HDMI audio output where channel 3 and 4 were being swapped.
- Hi5-4K:
- Added input support for 4K (3840 x 2160) at 50, 59.94 and 60 frames per second, with frame conversion to 25/30 frames per second for display on 4K monitors that don’t support HFR.
