What's new in Aero Controller 1.2 Build 23

• Implements some possible fixes to the new global startup setup routine in the program in which the program may crash if it's not invoked with the proper privilages.
• Added a message to the program to clarify what will occur, specifically telling the user that a UAC prompt will appear and instructions on what to do with it. Removed a "beta" reference left over from the days when this version was being beta tested.
