  • secured protocols are now incorporated into the product (no need to download them separately)

  • This version includes following improvements and fixes:
  • Macro string %TARGETFILE% added. In practice this macro is replaced with the file name as it stands in target after being transferred thereto. The option is particularly useful when file being transferred to target has been renamed according to the rules set in 'Operation' section. It is intended to be used for notifications (string %TARGETFILE%) in 'Targets and Actions' part of the task and operates in relation to files transferred to target local or LAN folders only.
  • Macro string %EXTTEXT% receives a new parametre: FILE=TARGET. In practice this macro is replaced with the content of a file transferred from source to target immediatelly before that (for example, after 'Readme.txt' has been transferred to target, its contenet will be inserted into the body of an e-mail and sent to a designated receipient(s)). It is intended to be used for notifications (string %EXTTEXT,FILE=TARGET%) in 'Targets and Actions' part of the task.
  • Fixed: command line utility sent commands to a default communication port only.

  • A new 'Excluded files' option was added to 'Targets and Actions'. It allows to exclude specified files from being copied into certain Target Locations (e.g. 'all ZIP files' OR 'Report???.xls files' where '???' are any symbols).
  • When used in conjunction with 'File list' option (that is which files to be copied), it makes file filtering and distribution extremely flexible. For example, you may copy to your target location all ZIP files except for those which have '2011' anywhere in their filename.
  • AnyFileBackup, File Replication Monitor and FTP Replication Monitor are software solutions for real-time automatic backup, replication and synchronization of local and remote files and directories.
