Jan 30, 2015
  • Startup and general:
  • RealDWG 2013 Object Enablers have been implemented into AutoSPRINK VR11. Object Enablers allow for the most up to date display import of AutoCAD elements from Autodesk generated source drawings. Revit centric import and export of drawings with the .MRV file extension has been implemented into AutoSPRINK VR11. A separate Addin being developed by M.E.P.CAD, Inc. for Autodesk Revit is undergoing development; it will allow export of Revit elements to the .MRV file format from within Revit as well as the import of MEP elements into Revit. Select All and ‘None’ buttons have been added to the Merging User Parts dialog When drawing a segment of pipe, the current diameter of the pipe is now displayed in the lower right hand status box in the 3rd panel from the right.
  • Level-Specific Revisions:
  • IFC import/export is now available throughout AutoSPRINK VR11, regardless of license status. .MRV import/export is now available to all licensed users; Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
  • Actions Menu:
  • The ability to Split Polytriangles has been added to the Split menu this tool splinters resultant elements into clusters of more manageable Polytriangles It includes a Progress Control for the monitoring feedback of lengthy, large Polytriangles Resultant Polytriangles from the command also retain their 'Color By Layer' setting and clustering now simplifies each Polytriangle separately

  • Interference Checking has seen optimizations in its performance
  • Auto Draw Menu:
  • Auto-sizing pipes now works with Flex-Drops.
  • AutoPREP Menu:
  • Optimizations have been made to AutoPREP Drawing Cleanup when the 'Always remove duplicate lines' option is checked.
  • Several AutoPREP Cleanup dialogs have been made modeless to allow for concurrent interaction within the drawing
  • A drawing save is no longer triggered when utilities are cancelled mid progress, saving time on especially large files.
  • Commands Menu:
  • The 'Convert to Polytriangle' command now retains the layer settings of the original element.
  • Interference Checking’ has been removed from the Commands Menu as it pertains almost exclusively to the Alerts utilities.
  • File Menu:
  • Reports - 2 new Stock Listing reports have been added: ‘Standard Material List’ and ‘Minimum Material List’. Both reports are derived from the Material List control located under the Settings-> Fabrication Standards-> ‘Fittings’ tab.
