New in Avangardo GPS Generator PRO 4.1.7 (Aug 15, 2013)
- This update fixes a bug about random "jumps" of Longitude in Map Mode
New in Avangardo GPS Generator PRO 4.1.6 (Aug 15, 2013)
- We improved stability of GPS Generator in this version. Some users reported that they experienced freezes of the software after few hours of continuos working. This version should fix the issue.
- We moved all settings under "Settings" menu item:
- NMEA-related Settings;
- Output settings (whether to write logs, use COM port, broadcast over UDP, etc);
- Buttons to quickly set speed in Route mode to some predified values;
- New options in 'File Mode' - now you can replace timestamp from log file with local time, current UTC or specify start value;
- You may notice that 'NMEA log' disappeared from the bottom of main window, but now you have an option to write all NMEA logs to files. See 'Settings->Output Settings' dialog.
New in Avangardo GPS Generator PRO 4.1.5 (Mar 25, 2013)
- Fixed few bugs in 'Route Mode' - incorrect interpolation of speed and altitude between points
- Now it is possible to specify Station ID and Age of Correction in DGPS and RTK modes - see new tab. In GPS Fix Mode GGA message will contain nulls in corresponding fields
- Now you can choose precision of coordinates, speed, altitude, geoidal separation, course, HDOP, VDOP, PDOP
- Up to 20 satellites can be specified for GSV and GSA messages - modern GPS receivers simulation
- In 'File Mode' you can now not only replay NMEA log, but also change NMEA version, precisions and timestamp of the fly
- Cycles in 'Route Mode' - simulation in a loop
- UI improvements - now all settings are saved in options file, so you don't need to set values every time

- Few bugs were fixed and some new features implemented
- UI changes: New "NMEA options" dialog was added
- Now it is possible to specify two-symbol Talker ID code for NMEA sentences (like GP for GPS, GL for Glonass or IN for Integrated Instrumentation, etc) - see NMEA options dialog
- Now NMEA log is cleared every 5 hours to prevent Out of Memory
- Now it saves and then restores COM port settings after closing (baud rate, parity etc...)
