New in BatchScanPlus 1.21 (Mar 15, 2009)

  • Brings to the front the Message Dialog that asks permission for overwriting files while scanning.
  • Fix: When deleting files, if there is no next or previous file, no error message appears.
  • After saving the current settings to a file, when BSP is closed it will ask if the settings file is going to be saved (if not saved, any changes in the settings, after the file was saved for the last time will be lost).
  • Fix: When scanning, the TWAIN window controls work better.

  • New option in Scan Tab: Rotate 180° after splitting.
  • The selection tool can be activated by clicking on inactive selections.
  • The menu File > Delete current file now advances back and forth to the previous or next image, when required.

  • PDF generation:
  • New option: Roman numerals in Footers/Headers can be combined with arabic numerals.
  • Shows the page number for each image in the Files list as well as the Headers/Footers numeral.
  • Main screen:
  • Both the Margin Guides and the Grid can be shown or hidden separately.
  • Can delete files (useful to remove blank pages).
  • Can Scan single files to replace the current file.
  • Cleaning pages is faster than in the version 1.0 because the improved Scan tab interface and shortcuts.
