- The revamped TRIAL version can open any kind of images, not only .IMB files. Its only limitation is that images will be resided to a size not bigger than 640 x 480 pixels, unless the full version that can open images up to 15000 x 10000 pixels. If images smaller than 640 x 480 images are opened with the trial version they will remain unchanged, bigger images will be decreased in size (but without modifying the original file).

- Two new measurements tools have been added to the Tools Toolbar:
- The Arc/Circle Tool makes easy to measure arcs and circles. With three clicks over an arc or circle circumference the length of the arc and/or the circumference of the circle will be calculated. Also will calculate the area of the zone or circle.
- The Freehand Tool draws irregular shapes and calculates length/perimeter and area.
- Merge/Compare with another imageȘ
- This command has been improved adding rotation and independent zoom for the front image as well as a blinking option. Learn More.
- Correcting image PerspectiveȘ
- The Perspective window is useful to correct pictures taken with a camera that is not exactly perpendicular to the subject. Learn More.
- Lens Calibration:
- Lens Calibration is the procedure that fixes lens distortion in images. It is useful when using lenses with noticeable distortion to correct images in order to show a view as approximate to the reality as possible. Learn More.

- Image Databases:
- Bersoft Image Measurement Databases are intended for organizing images and sound recordings, although they can also handle any other kind of files.
- The Image Databases are small, secure and fast.
- Records can be assigned keywords for easy retrieval.
- Images are stored in folders and can be arranged easily by dragging and dropping them.
- Databases can be saved to any medium and backups are automatic.
- Custom Database fields can be set as well as a password to secure the access.
- Images can be added to the activate Database with just a click ( button) or by pressing the shortcut for adding images.
- Images in the Database can be compared against other images easily. See Visual Image Comparison below for more information.
- Visual Image comparison:
- By pasting an Image on top of other, as a Layer, images can be compared easily.
- After an image is pasted as a Layer, either by using the Edit > Paste as a Layer command or by dragging and dropping an image from the Database Pane over the current image, the Paste Tab will appear on top of the image. By using several controls on that Tab it is possibly to set the Opacity, Rotation, Zoom, Horizontal Offset and Vertical Offset for the pasted image.
- A similar thing can be done by using the Merge command.
- Image Rulers:
- Bersoft Image Measurement provides transparent rulers.
- The Rulers can be configured to display pixels or conversion factor adjusted values.
- Other improvements and features:
- The activation system is more user friendly than before. Now reformatting the disk or reinstalling Windows WILL NOT DISABLE the previous activation key.
- Can run better without Administrative privileges.
- Many small improvements in the program interface and operation has been applied.
