- The bits chat badges are currently being displayed, because twitch has changed the alt text from "cheer X" to "Cheer X", so the selector that matches them no longer matches. PR included.

- With firefox addon BetterTTV user cannot fullscreen by "F" keypress, unlike Chrome.
- Ban and timeout icons are appearing on sub and resub messages (but only if there is no custom message).
