  • Bitrix Intranet's appearance underwent a major reworking and now provides users with better insights into the key intranet functionality. It significantly reduces the learning curve for employees and ensures better workforce performance.
  • Wiki-Style Knowledge Base:
  • Organizations can leverage the advantages of global and workgroup-specific wiki-based knowledge bases extended with a WYSIWYG editor, text versioning and roll-back, immediate indexing and user access-rights management. The feature ensures better team collaboration, information availability and continuity.
  • Advanced e-Learning:
  • The e-Learning Module now supports SCORM import/export. Another novelty is that you can limit access to the subsequent tests if the student failed to pass the first test.   • The new version of Bitrix Intranet Portal has a Site Controller system for integration of your corporate portal with websites or other intranets. Using this instrument, you can organize the flow of information from your portal to and from external websites. For example, you can publish news on any external website directly from your Intranet Portal, or, receive your clients' queries from an external website right into your Intranet Portal without any delay! Along with the Business Processes module, the Site Controller system creates a very smart business platform for building a multi-portal system that has both Intranet and Extranet solutions in one software product.
  • Business Processes:
  • Now you can automate Business Processes run in your company! You can manage the process of each business operation step-by-step and define tasks or even sub-tasks which are needed for the process to be completed. You can even create a sophisticated product supply chain with steps like: making a new request, approving the number of items to be shipped, shipping the order, sending an invoice, creating a purchase order confirmation, etc. There is a set of standard templates for Business Processes included in all editions of Bitrix Intranet Portal.
