What's new in BonusPP 1.2

• Regression fixes (#1).
• More error handling for rare edge cases (inactive user / user that hasn't played the requested game mode).
• Special handling for players that are at the bonus pp maximum, this fact will now be displayed.
• Fix closing the program via the cross icon on the results dialog not always properly causing the program to stop running.
• Round pp values normally (used to always round down).
• Some internal improvements.
