- Added Support for ApplicationRequiresElevation for the bootstrapper projects to improve Vista Support
- Added a feature that will download all or selected redist files, if they aren't on disk, from the Homesite link. This allows you to update your bootstrapper packages for Express SKU's or other scenarios where only the Product / Package files are installed, and download the files so that Install from Same Site as my Application can be enabled.
