New in CD Apple ProRes Transfer Tool 2.0 (Apr 26, 2016)
- Multitrack support. Odyssey and Apollo can generate a multi track .mov file containing up to 5 tracks. The ProRes Transfer Tool breaks the multi track .mov file into
- separate .mov file one track per .mov.
- Support Convergent-Design's Apollo platform.
New in CD Apple ProRes Transfer Tool 1.10 (Apr 26, 2016)
- Bug fix - Windows Transfer Button fails when clicked. (Bug gathering OS info for trouble shooting.)
- Bug fix - Reported failure when attempting to create FCP 7 xml file from
- CLIPINFO.XML. (File is informational only. No need to generate FCP xml file.)
- Bug fix - Tool failed/hung processing .xml file when the .xml was in upper case.
- Bug fix - During the processing of spanned clips, the tool/OS might place today's date on the the output file instead of the “correct” date (when the clip was created). This might mean the tool would not merge the clips.
- Bug fix - Java 1.6 Tool might hung processing 4k 60fps files. (Issue may have occurred on any PC with limited memory.) Reduced Java hash memory usage.
- Support for ProRes 4:4:4:4 and 4:4:4:4 XQ.
- On Cancel the log file is written out and partial .mov files are deleted.

New in CD Apple ProRes Transfer Tool 1.7 (Apr 26, 2016)
- The tool now merges a movie clip that spans two SSDs. Transfer the 1st SSD to a destination. Then transfer the 2nd SSD pointing to the same destination used during the 1st transfer.
- Added Volumes/Device(Computer) button to the Source and Destination File Chooser to assist users in quickly locating their devices. File Chooser comes up pointing to their Volumes. You can use the Home and “UP” folder buttons to navigate thru the file system.

- Additional timing/transfer/activity reporting.
- Final Cut Pro 7 & X now include LUT metadata.
- FCP 7 the metadata in mastercomment2-4 and clipcomment was rearranged.

- FCP X the LUTs metadata (along with several other metadata items) is in the Notes, FCP X element.
New in CD Apple ProRes Transfer Tool 1.5 (Apr 26, 2016)
- Support for frame rates of 47.95 and 48.
- User can chose to change the project rate as the .movs are transferred. (defaults the rate the clip was recorded at.)
- User can chose to separate out clips flagged as “Bad” on the Odyssey into a separate subfolder BAD_CLIPS. The clips are processed and FCP XMLs created so they are still available to the user.
- Expanded IN-OUT and Markers names are supported and passed on to FCP.
New in CD Apple ProRes Transfer Tool 1.4 (Apr 26, 2016)
- Tool generates Final Cut Pro (FCP) 7 .xml and FCP X .fcpxml files that can be used to import the clips. Included are the IN-OUT Points and Markers added in this firmware release.
New in CD Apple ProRes Transfer Tool 1.2 (Apr 26, 2016)
- Added support do 1080i and 720p. Also fixed bug where SSD would not eject.

- Added option to place all transferred files into the same folder, rather than in individual clip folders, to facilitate importing multiple clips into editors at once.
