  • This option now runs a script which causes CMS CRM to be configured to run for different industries. Selection of an industry causes different fields, menus, options etc to appear or be hidden
  • Colours view added to the System HM to enable the administrator to change a selection of the CMS CRM colours.

New in CMS CRM 3.01.000 (Sep 20, 2010)

  • Separate Customer and Contact screens added. A Contact is someone who has made contact with the organisation using the software but has not purchased any goods or services. A Contact becomes a Customer when they are attached to an Account which is created when they purchase goods and servcies.
  • Vertical menu options which attach records such as notes and documents no longer operate if there is no record in the current view. This stops the creation of notes etc for non-existent Contacts / Customers / Accounts.
  • Contact/Customer/Account Documents feature now added which allows documents to be attached and loaded into the Repository.
  • Memo dialog modified so that word wrapping occurs.
