What's new in CobShield 1.0.1.10
Oct 13, 2011- Now the program waits idle the first 3 minutes. That's because if the computer is restarting, some services may start automatically, and there is no need for CobShield to give them the start command. After the third minute, CobShield will begin monitoring.
