- You can Paste phone numbers by copying the number and clicking the grey paste button instead of manually typing it. These buttons are found in areas that require a phone number.
- In search there is a View All button. Example: you search for Smith. You get 50 results. The View all button will let you traverse all 50 results.
- Settings has ability to lock out debtor name changes.
- When taking checks you now have the ability to take it from savings and business accounts. You also have the ability to set the SEC code for NACHA compliance.
- Processing Credit cards leaves the last 4 digits of the card number.
- All backups are now performed in a single transaction. Previously the backups was done in a snapshot mode which might not lock all the tables causing an inconsistent backup.
- Stability was improved and the screen was updated to prevent freezing.
- Hyper Csv Data File Engine installed in Import Mapping Utility. No need for excel on system to import accounts.
- View Credits in Payments menu shows who the payments was credited to and makes it easy to credit other collectors or move accounts.
- New features of the check system fully implemented in Administrator.
- Indexes in database upgrade for faster retrieval of data when database is upgraded. Initially Innodb was horrible when using indexes
- Processing Credit cards leaves the last 4 digits of the card number.
