- Allow loading of (v2.x) skins via the skin mask bmp.
- Make sure About window closes on ESC, RETURN etc.
- Make "Snap to screen" also snap to other windows.
- Allow snap tolerance to be modified in the registry.

- Add color history buffer.
- ColorPad will now remember the last 1024 colors.
- The history is saved and reloaded when the application is closed/started.
- Added tooltips and option to turn them on/off.
