- Added JPEG2000 output option

- Changed procedure if file already exists from creating a .BAK file to adding an advancing serial number to the name of the saved file eg filename[2].jpg
- Changed resizing algorithm to use 32bit images and recoded parts of resampling to improve reliability
- If no designated Destination Folder, the source folder as is assumed to be the destination. User warning given
