  • Fixed a bug when copying and pasting placement poles.
  • Introduced the Auto Collection used to traverse items whose proprietary is other launch object different from the very collection. This collections are re-created automatically every time such items are assigned to their proprietary object and allow neither insertions nor deletions. Examples are the Shapes assigned to parts, the Cuts and Placements of a pattern assigned to cuts.
  • Fixed a bug that could show empty columns in Solution sheet of Bars launches.
  • Improved management of Report menu.
  • Fixed a bug in LITE version related to properties disabled in inspectors.

  • Generalized treatment given to the distance between parts with support to:
  • Patterns with variable distance between parts.
  • Controlled parts overlapping.
  • For that aim the auto properties Distance, Margin and Overlap of parts and the two technological options Overlap Parts and Parts Margin are introduced new (the option Shapes Margin becomes obsolete and so it is deleted). When overlapping is active, the distance between parts is applied counter-wise (negative).

  • The adjustment option Fit Placements which allows to join placements in adjacent semi-products by moving the shapes in the direction orthogonal to the given cut. To activate this facility during cuts automatic adjustment, an homonymous Output option is introduced.

New in Corte 7.1.2 (Jul 21, 2015)

  • The application working files (templates, examples, reports, formats) are installed in the personal documents folder of the system. This fixs the error "access denied" in Windows 7 or later when tried to update these files after running the program with no administrator rights (installation does continue needing administration rights).
  • Two editions of the program are released: a limited one suporting just sheets and bars cutting and a full one supporting, in addition, complex shapes cutting. The limited edition uses the same cutting patterns calculation general procedure.
  • In bars launches all properties and fields related to dimension "Width" are hidden automatically and miniatures are activated like in sheets launches. Bars formats can be differentiated when a color is assigned to them since their dimensions are always hown the same. With miniatures activated, you can drag materials or parts into the patterns sheet when editing them manually.
  • Introduced the Auto properties which take their default values from launch's technology whereas they have not been directly assigned. Once assigned, they can be restored by introducing the string "auto" or, when being numerical, the value -1. This mechanism leaves property Blockade Techno obsolete and so it is deleted.
  • The properties Cut Width and Margins of patterns which copy, respectively, the distance between parts from cutting technology and the margins of the associated material, avoiding this way a necessity to clear the solution when these options were modified. The Cut Width is applied to both intermediate cuts and single parts repeated incrementally without using complex shapes placements. Placements guarantee themselves the distance between parts by applying shapes indentation at the moment of being calculated.
  • The technological options Shapes Hold and Shapes Margin which define, respectively, a width for a secure zone without complex shapes placements at the bottom of the material (that could contain layouts for standard rectangular parts) and a width to reduce the shapes placements area inside final cuts. These two options allow to combine in a single pattern parts manufactured with different cutting machines but from the same material. For example, standard formats for plateshears cutting (no distance between parts) and complex shapes for CNC contouring (the shapes indent must be assigned directly).
  • The option Margin in cuts which receives the Shapes Margin during calculation and modified manually reduces the area for placing parts, being them shaped or not.
  • The reference parameters for material margins are applied just to the pattern reference format.
  • The label parameter #PRT that returned a part index now returns true if the cut to which it is applied repeats a single part at rectangular increments (part cut).
  • Introduced the label parameter #PCY which returns true if a cut contains a shapes placement (placement cut).
  • Introduced the label parameter #PRF which returns references to all the parts, standard or not, contained in a final cut.
  • The reference parameter #DBP (distancia between parts configured at launch's technology) is substituted by parameter #CWD returning the cut width of a pattern.
  • The label parameter #DBP is deprecated and so deleted.
  • The group code is automatically initialized with the formula every time inherited groups or the operation to combine them is modified.
  • The group formulas are updated dinamically to omit inactive groups.
  • The property Group in patterns which contains the current formula of the associated material's group at the moment of generatig the pattern.
  • Fixed a bug in the Reports Editor that prevented access to fields from material group, contour segments, contour references and placement figures.
  • Faster recovery after forcing or canceling the calculation.
  • Faster Excel export.
  • Placement areas and perimeters are calculated according to Output configuration for shapes.
  • Fixed a bug in tool bars visualization.
