  • We are excited to announce the release of CryptoForge 5.5.0 . It's a free update for all version 5 users. It includes bug fixes, adds support for Windows Server 2016, and it also updates the free Decrypter app, which allows the decryption of files on any device without CryptoForge installed. This new release of our encryption software also includes performance and security improvements.

New in CryptoForge 5.3.0 (Oct 10, 2018)

  • We are excited to announce the launch of CryptoForge 5.3.0 because it introduces free Decrypter app, which allows the decryption of files on any computer without CryptoForge installed. Decrypter is free, portable, tiny, and consists of a single exe file. You can now send encrypted files by email to business partners or contacts who don't have encryption software installed. Or you can also use Decrypter yourself to decrypt files on any computer while you are on the go, and even run the app from a USB memory stick. This new release of our encryption software also includes improvements for security and reliability, and a few bug fixes.

New unobtrusive notification informs the user whenever a new password is being remembered by the program. The compression engine has been updated. Many improvements and minor bug fixes.

New in CryptoForge 4.0.0 (Nov 12, 2012)

  • This new version adds support for Windows 8. New functions (Encrypt/Decyrpt Copy Here) allow you to drag and drop folders and have them replicated encrypted or decrypted. Significant performance increase when exploring large amounts of files. Command-line switch /td has been upgraded and it now reconstructs the directory structure in the target folder. Many improvements and minor bug fixes.
