NEW: it is possible to specify the main executable associated with the software to be installed
NEW: the package creation summary window also shows the name of the current license holder
NEW: you can choose the icon to display for uninstalling the package from the Windows Control Panel
NEW: Windows Control Panel now shows the size of the package to uninstall
NEW: the package creation summary window shows if the package is an update type
NEW: added information relating to the current package in the creation summary window (number of files/folders, digital signature, main executable, size, type)
NEW: the information on a folder in the Data step also shows its size (sum of the size of all the files contained)
