What's new in DBLX 3.0

• Initial v.3.0 source code file set.
• Updated v.3.0 source code with fixes for systems with multiple network interfaces. Added installers for .NET and Java versions of DBLX3.
• Added binaries for Windows, and OS/X and Linux. These are full releases of DBLX3 without installers.
