What's new in DNS-Swapper 1.5.9.0

- This is mainly a maintenance update. I only updated a few dependencies to the latest versions and had to raise (due to the dependencies) raise the minimum .NET Framework version to 4.5. A lot of minor bugs were fixed (mostly rare conditions if the configuration got corrupted somehow). I added automatic saving of the configuration if any field is changed and if the application is closed to avoid confusion for users.
