- This release fixes a bug in the Utilty.DeterminVideoProcessing method that prevented the job.OutputFramrate from being updated
- when a processing override is enabled. This did not effect the video processing and encoding. Instead it caused
- the output containers to play the video at the wrong framrate when a processing override was chosen.
