- Simply enter any link (to a website, or a local file) and hit enter
- It'll parse the relevant text, translate it, and show it to you while preserving its layout
- If it can't determine what the relevant text is, it'll translate the site as-is and show a warning icon
- You can also drag a link or html file onto the page
- You'll be warned if a translation will make you go over your character limit
- Print support:
- Easily print your text or url translation to any printer
- Save to file support:
- Easily save your translated text to a .txt file
- Or your translated webpage as a PDF
New in DeepL Translator 2023.3.10.1 (Mar 11, 2023)
- This release adds global hotkey functionality:
- Set or disable your hotkey in the config window
- Default is CTRL + SHIFT + T
- When triggered, DeepL Translator will pop up
- If you have text selected while triggering the hotkey, your selected text will be pasted into the source textbox
- Note: this doesn't seem to work with all applications, ymmv
