  • Active Directory:
  • An event message is written if Active Directory could not be synchronized correctly.
  • Asset Management:
  • In the system details, product keys for the assigned licenses are displayed.
  • DeskCenter.ToGo:
  • DeskCenter.ToGo replaces the inventory module DeskCenter.Pocket. DeskCenter.ToGo is an application for the physical inventory of assets. The application is available for Android-based devices.
  • DeskCenter.Web:
  • Ticket templates are displayed correctly again in the admin console of the web module.
  • Helpdesk:
  • A separate, project-related email address can be used for the automically send email notifications in Helpdesk projects.
  • The usage of the Ticket Archive has been adjusted. Every Helpdesk user can be assigned a new right to see archived tickets.
  • Quickscripts can be applied on Helpdesk tickets.
  • An error has been fixed which prevented that changes on tickets could not be applied in particular circumstances
  • Inventory:
  • Software installations can be configured manually and independently of the inventory of systems.
  • Knowledge Base:
  • An error has been fixed which prevented editing Knowledge Base articles in particular circumstances.
  • License Management:
  • Additional software products can be assigned to licenses for the license calculation.
  • Several updates in the license form make it easier for the user for example to select DNA products, to assign systems and users as well as filter table columns.
  • An error has been fixed which caused to display license contracts if the default custom fields have been deleted.
  • Contract data is applied correctly to a license.
  • An error has been fixed which occurred on filtering look up custom fields in the products overview.
  • The release date for products created from the DNA catalog is displayed for a higher amount of products.
  • OS Deployment:
  • Micrososft Windows 8.1 and Microsoft Server 2012 R2 are supported for the deployment of operating systems.
  • The size of partitions is calculated correctly.
  • The filter in the installation overview works correctly again.
  • The generator for the answer file checks reliable dependencies at the selection of components for the deloyment of operating systems.
  • Patch Management:
  • An error at loading the patch details has been fixed.
  • Program Surface:
  • The selection of the filter tree in the navigation pane has been accelerated.
  • In the program surface, orthographic mistakes have been corrected and label captions have been consolidated and adjusted. The layout of edit forms and in the menu has been optimized and adjusted. Dialogs and messages have been adjusted and detailed event logs and error messages have been added.
  • Reporting:
  • New reports for the license management have been created.
  • SDI Agent:
  • An error has been fixed which prevented the inventory by the SDI Agent in exceptional cases.
  • Service Calendar:
  • An error has been fixed which prevented the usage of the Service Calendar.
  • Software Deployment:
  • Search for software packages in the installation menu by keyboard input has been implemented.

  • Active Directory - The option "User cannot change password" has been integrated in the user login.
