  • Added a new field in the anamnesis page for the notes regarding the surgeries.
  • Has been added three new fields ("Tags") in the "data" page of the record. You can give up to three different labels at the record and you can search the records using the tags.
  • Has been updated the search page to include the new fields when you use the "Extend search".
  • In the "Appointments" page of the record, in the field "Appointments of chosen day", you can "move" an appointment in the current record. The appointments to "move" are those that are not already associated with a contact/record.
  • In the "Appointment" page of the "Agenda", when editing the appointment of a patient, you can open the record of the patient by clicking the relevant icon.
  • There have been several optimizations to the application to make it faster. Also, has been reduced the time needed to create a non-encrypted copy of the data.
  • Have been corrected the following problems:
  • not saving the insurance code when creating a new record
  • the number of the appointments in "Agenda > Month"
  • export contacts in the "Tools > Contacts"

  • You can set in "Toos > Interface" the writing mode: left to right or right to left.
  • The contact's page has changed and it looks like the record page. Apart from the page with the contact's data there are two more pages with the appointments and the attachments of the contact.
  • In the data page of the record, has been added a new field with the VCard file of the contact. You can download the VCard file directly from the page, choosing whether to have only the basic contact information or also the medical data. (advanced version)
  • Also, you can photograph the QR code and save quickly the basic data of the contact on a mobile device.
  • In sick bay page ("Tools > Sick bay") has added the VCard of the sick bay in the form of QR code. You can print and use the QR code in your business card.

  • There is a new page in the record called 'Measurements'. You can use this page to insert various periodic measurements concerning the patient. For example, you can enter the laboratory results, the height and weight of the patient, the pressure and generally any other information you may need.
  • You can export the contacts that were created/modified in a specific date period. You can find more information by clicking the 'question mark' icon on the
  • relative page.
  • The appointments page has been updated to make more easier and faster the time selection. You can choose the hour and the minutes from lists. Also, after selecting the day the system will try to find and pre select the most likely time and duration for the next appointment.

  • You can export all contacts - patients, relatives and other contacts - into VCard files. The VCard files contain all the contact information (name, address, phone number etc) and also the record notes and all the historic data and you can import them into other applications such as Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo Mail, as well as in mobile phones and tablets.
  • The new function is in "Tools > Contacts".
