What's new in ETAC (RunETAC) 3-0-6
Aug 6, 2020- First Unicode release of the ETAC system. ETAC can now process source and data files encoded in UTF-8, UTF-16, and UTF-32, as well as in Windows-1252. New ETAC commands. ETAC source code of new Functions library of 60 functions. Other enhancements and big fixes.
