- The Comparative Analysis report compares the results of any 2 periods of the user's choice (with either a month or a predefined period of any fiscal year) and it shows the variance between these 2 periods with a color indicating whether the variance is favorable (green) or unfavorable (red). This analysis is very useful to analysis financial statement items like revenue or expenses and monitor and analyse the company's performance from one period tor another.
