What's new in Easy FPS Editor Lite 1.6
Jan 28, 2024- New script command for saving and loading game
- Fixed culling with doors on higher floors
- Scripts binded to keys will not freeze the game now if used fast. However it's a crutch and it will just deny any key binded to scripts for a second after execution
- Fixed some problems with textures tiling
- Fixed textures UV on doors
- Fixed crashing in settings if menu music wasn't added
- Refactored saves system. Old saved games are not compatible!
- Added ability to disable entity culling. It's really the last thing you should use and it will probably not work in some cases.
- Fixed camera tilting setting
- Player hurt script now deals fixed amount of damage
- Fixed static models merging
New in Easy FPS Editor Lite 1.5 (Feb 16, 2022)
- Added ability to change starting player angle. It's in the right panel
- Added ability to set projectiles to fullbright, disabling lighting on them
- A few changes in scripting system (still working on the manual, please be patient)
- Added an unhandled exception catch. This will close the editor to prevent any potential project breaking.
- Fixed game not loading when trying to load game from main menu
- Fixed melee weapon sound not playing when enemy dies
- Added a few more checks to avoid crashing when map has a tile that doesn't exist anymore
- Added some important information to the manual.
- Added sound import for keys and hps
- Added checks for input boxes to avoid accidential letters typing
