- New DBMS Version Support:
- This release introduces execution, tuning, and profiling support for the following DBMS versions:
- Oracle 12c
- SQL Server 2012
- Sybase ASE 15.7.
- Tuning Updates:
- SQL Server hints - DB Optimizer tuning now supports the IGNORE_NONCLUSTERED_COLUMNSTORE_INDEX and SPATIAL_WINDOW_MAX_CELLS hints.
- DB Optimizer tuning no longer supports the FASTFIRSTROW hint.
- Oracle 12c hints - DB Optimizer tuning now supports the GATHER_OPTIMIZER_STATISTICS, NO_GATHER_OPTIMIZER_STATISTICS , NO_PQ_CONCURRENT_UNION, NO_PQ_SKEW, NO_USE_CUBE, PQ_CONCURRENT_UNION, PQ_FILTER, PQ_SKEW, and USE_CUBE hints.
- Oracle 11g hints - DB Optimizer tuning now supports the APPEND_VALUES, CHANGE_DUPKEY_ERROR_INDEX, and RETRY_ON_ROW_CHANGE hints.
- Bug fixes:
- SQL Server - TS : Support for MSSQL 2012
- All Platforms - Cannot generate pdf reports on Linux
- Oracle - "An unexpected token "as" was found. Expected RPAREN.
- Oracle - TS: Add support for OS authentication for Oracle when the authentication is NTS
- Sybase - Support for Sybase 15.5.
