What's new in Eve Speak 1.0

- Added options on how to deal with saying a chatters name (Full Name, First Name, No Name)
- Changed the Rate Slider to include negative rates (slower than normal)
- Removed the TTS from saying http:// weblinks
- If it is the same chatter that spoke next, then there is no need to say their name again
- Added EveSpeakReplaceWords.txt and method for a user to modify how the TTS says words
- StructureChat has taken over all chat line structuring
- Replaceword has taken over all user requested TTS word changes from EveSpeakReplaceWords.
- Changed the default timer to 10 seconds for MainTimer
- Checking to see if there is anything new in the chatlog is first checked with the last modified date. If it is newer than the last time we looked, then there must be new chat. Once it has been determined that there is new chat, then we copy the entire chat file and see what is new.
