- Task timer of report automatic generation is added newly.
- Announcement features are added newly. Announcements have two types: ordinary notice and report announcement. Announcement management and Report announcement rule management.
- Detail-delete data writer is added newly. It can delete the details in object table when some conditions are satisfied.
- New SMS data writer is added newly. It can send a SMS to user's mobile phone.
- New an Email data writer is added newly. It can send an Email to user's email box when excel template is saved.
- "Build an editable dropdown list" is added to "operation" of "Set methods" in data fetcher.
- "Lock" is added to the fields of "Set methods" in data fetcher. It can lock a field on excel form.
- "Delete left spare rows after filling" is added newly to "Set methods" in data fetcher .

- Report instances can be locked or unlocked according to conditions. They can not be deleted or updated after locked, if no permission.
- Administrator and report owner role can lock and unlock the report instances in my workbench manually.
- Speed up the data fetcher.
- The functions of VBA about data fetcher are provided.
- Resuable wasted number management is added in management console newly. The numbers which are wasted by deleting instances can be reuse.
- Logical operator "Null","Not Null" are added in data fetcher, my workbench, Esweb. They can make logical expression more easily.
