- One of the biggest improvements in this version of Fishbowl is the addition of a point-of-sale solution called SalesPoint. With SalesPoint, your business can:
- Accept credit and debit cards.
- Instantly process payments.
- Use touchscreen software and a user-friendly interface.
- Integrate with Fishbowl so all sales are reflected in inventory counts.
- Scan product numbers, UPCs or SKUs to speed up the checkout process.
- Pipeline:
- Fishbowl offers a new cloud-based customer relationship module (CRM) called Pipeline as an add-on to its inventory management software. It can be purchased separately from Fishbowl. You can access Pipeline via tablets, smartphones and other mobile devices.
- Pipeline is currently able to keep track of leads, conversions and customers, as any good CRM should do. But over time we will add new features that will bring Fishbowl into the cloud and give you even more flexibility in when and where you manage your inventory. - In this new version, we focused on expanding its feature set, adding a new user interface, and making it faster, more stable and more user friendly.
- We’ve added several new features to Fishbowl 2011. Now you can create a favorites list full of reports you want easy access to. You can also customize reports by renaming them, creating your own report folders and even adding or removing columns in some reports.
- One of the new features we’re most proud of is cycle counting in Fishbowl Mobile Warehouse. This feature allows you to check how many products you have on hand by using a wireless handheld device. It also helps you quickly pick products off your shelves to ship to customers as soon as their orders come in.
- Fishbowl 2011 has a new look and feel with totally redesigned and larger icons, and a cleaner user interface. It now feels like the QuickBooks you are familiar with.
