What's new in FlipIt 1.3

• New: Option for WorldTimes screens: Display DST Indicator (*)
• New: Log any screen painting errors to file in the C:Users<user>AppDataLocalFlipIt directory
• Updated: Revert to the (slightly) lighter background colour in the WorldTime screen
• Updated: Moving the mouse only slightly now exits the screensaver
• Fixed: Blank screen on Windows 7
