  • What’s new:
  • Now, Users can run almost of extensions on Floorp’s Sidebar (Browser Manager Sidebar) !
  • You can change the extension to work in the browser manager sidebar by enabling the appropriate settings from about:preferences#bSB & restart Floorp.
  • Enabling this preferences also allows picture-in-picture and web developer tools to work in the sidebar.
  • However, some extensions will not work and some additional limitations apply. This feature uses Floorp’s most complex and difficult implementation to force the extension to work by opening a Floorp’s browser window in Floorp, so it may be unstable.
  • Also, AdGuard is not working, but an extension with similar functionality, such as uBlock Origin, may, so we recommend trying out a few add-ons to find one that is compatible.

  • Progressive Web Apps & Install Site as an Apps comes to Floorp! The most easy way to install web app or site as an app!

  • Progressive web app is a feature that makes install a site as an app.
  • You visit a site, if the site has web application manifest, Floorp show icon on URL bar. If click it. Then, Open popup.
  • The site will be installed as an app & Floorp will open the PWA window.

  • Uninstall & Open PWA window, both are easy. Open menu panel & You can manage them on there.

  • “Profile Manager” is a button. You can add to toolbar from “Customize Floorp”. If you click the button. It will show “Firefox Account” manager & List of Floorp’s profiles. You can manage “Firefox Account” & Switch profile.
  • Needless to open new window! “Private Container” helps you multitask!
  • Stating Floorp 11.4.0, on startup, Floorp will create a container named “Private”. This container does not save your information (Ex: Cookie, history and tab).
  • You can toggle current tab to private or no container from Tab context menu. More, Add link context menu to open with private container.
  • Workspace Container added! You can manage workspace to use container!
  • On, Workspace manager, You can choose container for workspace. On a workspace, If you select “Personal” workspace container, the opening tab will be open with “Personal” Container.
