What's new in Funny Cursor 1.3

• Bug fixed: Install Scheme function now works correctly;
• You can now choose to change not all cursor types;
• Added Visit Website button to about dialog;
• The installer now creates a shortcut in the start menu;
• You cannot run two instances of the program at the same time anymore.
