What's new in GVC 2008.5

• This version fixes the video quality issue that was there in the previous version. The -qmin and -qmax parameters were being ignored and the video was being encoded at a quantizer level of 31. This caused a big drop in quality.
• In this version the option for choosing the encoding mode has been removed. Now there is only a fixed quantizer mode and a single slider which controls the video quality. There are many minor bugfixes
