What's new in Harddisk Search and Stats 2.0

  • Improved: the user-interface of the entire program has been improved to accomodate for the new features. The search results list now has its own tab, as well as the search options, and search input fields.
  • Added: one can now choose to search inside files, or search only using the file name.
  • Added: one can now search according to filename using wildcards.
  • Added: The 'folder to search' input field is now remembered from previous searches. You can drop down the list of previous folders searched. Also, the list of previous folders searched is stored upon program closure, and retrieved upon program start.
  • Added: the search filename is now remembered from previous searches. You can drop down the list of previous file names used. Also, this list is stored when the program is closed, and retrieved upon program start.
