What's new in Horse Show Assistant 4.6

• Three Payout options, Direct dollar, Percentage of entry, Percentage of entry gross.
• A third option for payouts was added; Percentage of entry gross. This option takes the
• total entry fees for a class, subtracts a predetermined profit percent, and assigns a payout
• percentage of the balance to the winners. Can be used as a jackpot payout.
• Points and Payout Scheme automatically loaded when Ending a class.
• Schemes have been overhauled. Each class can have 1 of 99 different point/payout combinations.
• The scheme is automatically loaded when you end the class.
• Five types of All-Day-Fees, (4 customizable).
• All day fee #1 is preset for all classes. In Class setup, you configure which classes are
• covered under the remaining four.
• Double judged classes.
• Doubled judged classes will calculate a final winner list using a numerical chart or set them
• up as individual classes.
• Transfer show files utility.
• An option to move all files for a show from one PC to another via a flash drive.
• Customizable late fee for entries.
• Check the Late Fee box if the exhibitor is subjected to a late fee.
• Penalty time input for timed classes.
• For timed classes, you can right click in the time cell to enter in a time penalty value
• after you enter the completed time.
• Unmark a class or fee as paid in Check Out screen.
• After marking Classes or Fees paid, you can right click on a row to toggle it back to unpaid.
• Check data export when class is Ended.
• There is an option to export check data when you end a class. It has the same results that
• appear on the payout sheet. The data can be imported into your check writing software.
• The Check Out screen also has an option to export the balance to be paid for the current rider.
• Member discount option for entries.
• Check the Member discount box if the exhibitor qualifies for a discount.
• Reports have word search.
• Word search incorporated into reports makes finding data easier.
