Hyper Plan Changelog

What's new in Hyper Plan 2.10.0

Apr 30, 2019
  • You can now output your plan to HTML format using File>Export>Table>HTML.
  • You now have a choice of the default color palettes used to visualize card text and numeric properties. There are 12 text color palettes and 14 numeric color palettes, including some aimed at customers with color defective vision. As previously, these are just default colors and can be overridden for any property.
  • If you have the Cards pane set to a stored view and the plan is updated by another Hyper Plan instance (on your computer or elsewhere on the network) your stored view is maintained. This means that you can have multiple Hyper Plan instances with different views of the same plan.
  • Hyper Plan now refreshes just after midnight so that the change in date is automatically taken account of, e.g. for cards that are colored by date.
  • The location of the plan file has been moved to the front of the >Main window caption. This allows you to more easily select the correct window when you have more than one instance running. If the Cards pane is set to a stored view and visible, then the stored view name is also shown.
  • Fixed an issue where dragging a card to a different column (row) but the same row (column) could affect the row (column) value for date or numeric properties.
  • Carriage returns in the Notes field are now preserved in the Cards pane tooltip when you hover over the card.
  • Tooltips are now shown when you hover over the Notes or Hyperlinks columns in the Table pane.
  • When cards are exported, the connections are encoded using zero-based indexing. However when only selected cards were exported the indexing didn't take account of the missing cards. This is now fixed.
  • Fixed an issue in the Table pane where coloring rows by property didn't show Notes and Hyperlinks column text in the correct contrast color.
  • Previously Hyper Plan stopped at the first blank line when importing a CSV file. It now just ignores blank lines.
  • Fixed an issue that could temporarily cause an invalid layout in the Cards or Charts pane when Date order was changed in the Preferences.
  • Fixed an issue where the Documents/Backup folder was being continually re-created when it wasn't being used for backups.
  • The free trial has been extended from 7 (non-consecutive) days to 14 (non-consecutive) days.
  • There is now a more modern 'Fusion' user interface style, which is the new default. The old style is now named "Windows". You can change interface style in the User interface style drop-down in the Preferences window.
  • From Hyper Plan v2.9.4 the size of the Main window was not being correctly restored when Hyper Plan re-started. This is now fixed.
  • In the New Plan and Connection Types window you had to 'enter' (e.g. Tab away from) changes to text field before clicking OK. This is now fixed.
  • In v2.9.5 Ctrl+click was not recognized as equivalent to right click. This is now fixed.
  • You can now add and remove connections to/from a card in the Connections tab of the Card Properties window. This makes it easier to cope in large diagrams with lots of connections.
  • When cards are laid out by connectivity you can now navigate between then using Ctrl (Windows) / Cmd (Mac) + arrow key.
  • Tooltips are now shown when you hover over the Connections columns in the Table pane.
  • Fixed an issue in the Table pane where coloring rows by property didn't show Connections column text in the correct contrast color.
  • Hyper Plan now uses anti-aliasing when zoomed out to improve the appearance of connections (previously it was only used when zoomed in).
  • Added the 'Technology tree' example plan

New in Hyper Plan 2.9.5 (Feb 18, 2019)

  • Hyper Plan now better handles situations where it can't save your plan file, e.g. because the plan file is read-only or locked by another process. It now offers you the option to either discard your changes and re-open the plan or the option to save your changes to a new plan file in the same folder (assuming it is able to create a new plan in this folder).
  • You can now choose how you want property value completion to work in the Card properties window using the new Property value completion field in the Preferences window. You can also choose whether you want completion to be case-sensitive or not. Completion is case-sensitive by default.
  • The maximum size of the tooltip text in the Cards pane has been increased from 512 to 1024 characters.
  • Previously Hyper Plan could crash if you used Ctrl+Left/Right/Up/Down when the Cards pane was laid out by connection. This is now fixed.
  • Icons were incorrectly sized in the Table and Properties panes. This is now fixed.
  • Currently there is no dark interface option for Hyper Plan on macOS 10.14. We hope to add this once it is fully supported by the Qt framework.

New in Hyper Plan 2.9.4 (Feb 6, 2019)

  • This release adds improvements and bug fixes to v2.9.3. The download links are at the bottom of the page.
  • We recommend that you back-up important plan files before installing any new release. Please let us know of any problems or issues you encounter with the release.
  • Home and Professional Editions
  • Windows and Mac
  • There is now a Filter pre-defined columns/rows checkbox in the Filter section of the Cards pane. When it is checked the filtering is applied to both cards and pre-defined columns (the previous behaviour). When it is unchecked the filtering is applied only to cards. Unchecking this option is useful if you want to keep a pre-defined column visible, but hide all the cards in it. For example, you might want to hide all the cards with 'status'='done' but leave the pre-defined 'done' column visible so you can still drop cards on to it.
  • no filter
  • filter all
  • filter cards
  • The Cards and Charts panes are now only redrawn when they are visible. This makes Hyper Plan more responsive, especially when modifying plans with 1000s of cards.
  • Previously textual property values with leading or trailing whitespace in their names (e.g. "todo ") were not shown in some charts. This is now fixed.
  • Windows only
  • Hyper Plan now runs Microsoft's vcredist_x86.exe to ensure that all the system DLLs Hyper Plan requires are installed and up to date. This is considered best practice for systems written in C++ running on Windows, however it does add an extra 12 MB to the size of the install.

New in Hyper Plan 2.9.3 (Apr 30, 2018)

  • Dot (.) is now recognized as a date delimiter along with slash (/), hyphen (-) and space ( )This means that "31.1.2018" will be interpreted as the thirty first of January 2018 (assuming Date order is set to DDMMYYYY in Preferences).
  • You can now set your preferred date delimiter to slash (/), hyphen (-), dot (.) or space ( ) in the new Date delimiter field in the Preferences windowThis delimiter will be used when creating new date values, e.gfrom the date picker or relative dates such as today or +7Any of the 4 delimiters can be used when inputting dates.
  • In v2.9.2 empty columns/rows were sometimes shown when they shouldn't have been when Appearance>Cards>Cell layout was set to Row or ColumnThis is now fixed.
  • In v2.9.2 cards were incorrectly ordered in a cell when Cell layout was set to Row more than 1 card highThis is now fixed.
  • Previously the formatting of date values could be changed on entry, e.gfrom 1 2 2018 to 1/2/2018This now only happens for relative date values e.gtoday or +7.
  • Previously there were sometimes issues with the sizing of columns in Advanced filteringThis is now fixed.

New in Hyper Plan 2.9.2 (Apr 16, 2018)

  • This release adds improvements and bug fixes to v2.9.1. The download links are at the bottom of the page.
  • Home and Professional Editions:
  • You can now set Cards>Appearance>Cards>Cell layout to be a Row 1 to 10 cards high or a Column 1 to 10 cards wide.
  • Scrolling and zooming are now faster. This should be particularly noticeable if you zooming a plan with 100s or 1000s of cards using scaled text.
  • Hyper Plan now outputs an error message if you try to print when no printers are available.
  • Hyper Plan now tries to preserve the ordering of XML attributes in the plan file, to make it easier to 'diff' two plan files.
  • If cards are displayed as rounded rectangles, then the hover highlight is now also displayed as a rounded rectangle.
  • Zoom selected now takes account of whether Cards>Appearance>Headers>Header type is set to Floating.
  • Windows only:
  • We have dropped support for Windows XP and Vista. Hyper Plan may still work on these OSs, but we haven't tested it. You can still use Hyper Plan v2.9.1 on these OSs.

New in Hyper Plan 2.9.1 (Mar 28, 2018)

  • Home and Professional Editions:
  • You can now shift date values for selected cards any number of days forwards or backwards. Select the cards in the Cards pane, right-click and select Shift Dates. Then choose the date property (if there is more than one) and how many years, months, weeks or days you want to shift the selected cards into the future (or past).
  • You can now choose to show any invalid numeric or date property values in a different color in the Table pane. This helps you to quickly spot any mistakes, such as incorrectly formatted date values. This option is only available if Set cell color by is set to <off>.
  • The drawing speed of the Cards pane has been improved. This should result in smoother zooming and scrolling, especially on plans with large numbers of cards.
  • Hyper Plan backup (.hpb) files are now associated with Hyper Plan on both Windows and Mac. They should show the Hyper Plan icon and open in Hyper Plan if double-clicked.
  • Previously if you set a prefix or suffix of $, £ or € for a numeric property and included that symbol in the value, the symbol would be displayed twice on the card. E.g. if you set the prefix to "$" and the value to "$100" it was displayed on the card as "$$100". The symbol is now only displayed once.
  • You can now color cells in the Cards pane by column and row. This averages the colors of the property colors of column and row for each cell. This might result in some rather odd colors, but it helps to make cell boundaries clearer.
  • Added finer control over zoom level in the toolbar zoom slider.
  • The coloring of values in the Table pane could be incorrect in certain obscure circumstances. This is now fixed.
  • Previously the plan was not automatically saved after an undo or redo operation. This is now fixed.
  • Previously there was some inconsistency over whether dates were shown with 2 or 4 digit years and whether '-' or '/' delimiters were used. We have now standardized on 4 digit years and '/' delimiters.
  • The error message that appears when there are incorrectly formatted dates (e.g. a date value of "31/01/2018" when the format set in Preferences is "MM/DD/YYYY") has been improved.
  • Previously using Ctrl+Tab to change between tabbed panes (e.g. Properties pane to Notes pane) didn't work if the focus was in the Properties pane. This is now fixed.
  • Professional Edition only:
  • The algorithm for automatically laying out cards by their connectivity now better handles cards with multiple parents.
  • Automatic graph layout is hard. So there may still be cases where the layout is sub-optimal. Please let us know if you spot any egregiously bad layouts.
  • Previously Hyper Plan could crash when laying out cards by connectivity and property in certain obscure circumstances. This is now fixed.
  • Previously Hyper Plan could crash when laying out cards by connectivity and coloring rows or columns by property values. This is now fixed.

  • Home and Professional Editions:
  • There is a new Notes pane. You can use this to record general information about your plan.

  • You can now choose Quarterly as the bin size for date properties
  • The Date format in the Preferences window previously always defaulted to DD-MM-YYYY It now defaults to MM-DD-YYYY if your computer's system locale is set to the USA and DD-MM-YYYY elsewhere
  • The Connections column in the Table pane and the Connections tab in the Card Properties window are now only visible in the Professional editon of Hyper Plan
  • Previously it was difficult to change the case of a property value in the Add Card and Edit Card windows (eg from "YES" to "yes"), due to auto-completion This has been fixed by making the auto-completion case-sensitive
  • Double-clicking on the header of a text property in the Cards window now opens the appropriate Edit Property window Previously it created a new card
  • The default for Cards>Appearance>Card spacing has been increased from 0 to 10 Increasing card spacing helps to make connections more legible in the Professional edition
  • Totals in the Cards pane are now not shown using exponents, unless they are more than 10 digits long
  • Hyper Plan now warns you if any date values in your plan are not compatible with the date format currently set in the Preferences window This is checked when you open a plan and when you change the date format in the Preferences window You can disable the warning
  • The Set cell color by drop-down in the Appearance section of the Table pane was not correctly updated when the property order was changed This is now fixed
  • An issue related to the use of relative dates (eg "+7") in default values is now fixed
  • Previously Hyper Plan would crash if you imported a csv file via the command line and then selected to import it into the Current plan This is now fixed (it automatically creates a new plan)
  • You can now preserve card column (row) during dragging by holding down the Ctrl key and dragging to the same column (row) in a different row (column) In v270 this was done with the Shift key But this feature was broken by using the Shift key to add connections in v286
  • A more informative error message is now shown if you try to open an empty (0 size) plan file
  • Hyper Plan was previously slow at calculating bins for numeric properties with very large ranges This is now fixed
  • We have added some more example plans
  • Professional Edition only:
  • You can now layout by connectivity in one direction and a property in the other. This allows you to easily partition the connectivity by status, team, priority or any other property for easier comprehension. For example to create a 'swimlane' diagram with a sequence of tasks partioned by role. Hyper Plan can automatically layout 1000s of cards by connectivity and property. This was very chellenging to get right!
  • Arrow routing has been improved to reduce the number of arrows crossing cards when the Cards pane is laid out by a connection type.
  • The speed with which cards are automatically laid out by connectivity has been improved
  • We have made some improvements to the aesthetics of how arrows join boxes
  • Previously it was hard to see when faded connections were selected Connections are now unfaded when selected
  • Previously you could drag cards in the Cards pane at the same time as adding connections This is now fixed

New in Hyper Plan 2.8.6 (Dec 8, 2017)

  • Hyper Plan can now add connections between cards to model sequencing, dependencies, hierarchy and other types of relationships.
  • You can layout cards by their connectivity in the Cards pane. Select the connection type in the Arrange columns (X) by or Arrange rows (Y) by fields of the Layout/Color section of the Cards pane.
  • Hyper Plan has an Explore Connections window. This allows you to visualize complex connectivity in a dynamic and easy to understand form.
  • Hyper Plan can accumulate numerical property values along connections.
  • Connection-oriented sample plans 'PERT chart' and 'work breakdown structure' are now installed with Hyper Plan.
  • Hyper Plan is now significantly faster at opening large plans. On our test machine the time taken to open a plan with 2000 cards went from 8 seconds to 2 seconds.
  • Double-clicking in the Cards pane, away from other cards, now creates a new card in that cell. Double-clicking on an existing card still edits that card. Alt-clicking anywhere in a cell adds a card to that cell.
  • Cards are now subtly highlighted when you hover over them in the Cards pane as an additional visual cue.
  • You can now change the spacing between cards and the padding inside the cell using the Card spacing and Cell padding fields in the Appearance section of the Cards pane. Connections are often clearer if you increase the spacing between cards. Increasing the cell padding can help to make rows and columns more distinct.
  • The Edit Card window shows Notes and Hyperlinks in tabs. This reduces the amount of space required in the window.
  • There are now Paste, Timestamp and Paste+Timestamp buttons in the Notes tab of the Add Card and Edit Card windows. This makes it easier to add notes with optional time and date information. Hover over the buttons to see the keyboard shortcuts.
  • The number of hyperlinks for a card are now shown in the new Hyperlinks column in the Tables pane.
  • Right clicking on the vertical header of the Table pane now shows a right-click menu for the selected rows (rather than just the clicked row).
  • There is now a new edit button column in the Table pane.
  • Suggested values for numeric and date properties are now shown in ascending order in drop-down lists.
  • Hyper Plan will no longer attempt to load the last plan opened on start-up if reading that plan previously caused Hyper Plan to crash. This prevents a corrupted plan file from continually crashing Hyper Plan.
  • Previously the default value for numeric properties was not always honored. This is now fixed.
  • There were sometimes issues with the layout of cards when swapping between stored views with filters. This is now fixed.
  • Adding a new property didn't always update the user interface consistently. This is now fixed.
  • The totals for newly added cards were sometimes missing in the Cards pane. This is now fixed.
  • There is now a Licensing>Retrieve Key feature that allows you to retrieve any license keys you have previously purchased.

  • Various minor usability improvements.

New in Hyper Plan 2.6.0 (Apr 14, 2017)

  • Windows and Mac:
  • In the New Plan Properties window
  • You can now select how a property will initially be displayed using the new Display as column.
  • Add a new property with the Add Property button.
  • Press the Tab key on the last cell to add a new property.
  • Note that you will only see this window when creating a new file if Suggest properties for new plans is checked in the Preferences window.

  • Totals are now shown in the Cards pane in a tabular format for text and date properties.
  • Previously colors for Numeric properties were linearly interpolated between the minimum and maximum values. There is now an option to logarithmically interpolate between the minimum and maximum values. This shows small differences more clearly.
  • Linear/logarithmic color interpolationLinearcolor interpolation
  • Right-clicking in the Table pane now shows a context menu. Click on the row number to select a row.
  • There is now a Default card color field in the Preferences window. Use this to set the color used when Set card color by is set to <select>.

  • Checking whether another program has changed the current file is no longer an option in the Preferences window. It is now always checked.
  • Previously commands were not always enabled correctly after filtering in the Table pane. This is now fixed.
  • Previously colors were not always correctly updated in the Table pane when adding or deleting a card. This is now fixed.
  • Previously creating a new plan could sometimes be slow if Suggest properties for new plans was checked in the Preferences window. This is now fixed.
  • Previously Hyper Plan sometimes crashed when importing CSV with very long column (property) names. This is now fixed.
  • You are now warned if you import a CSV file with non-unique column names or column names longer than 30 characters.
  • Various minor usability improvements.
  • Windows only:
  • Previously the Windows version of Hyper Plan locked a file as soon as you opened it. The lock was only released when you opened a new plan or exited. Now Hyper Plan only locks a file when you start modifying it and the lock is released as soon as the changes are saved. This is much more convenient for editing a plan across multiple computers. Please note:
  • If you try to modify a file that is locked by another program (e.g. another instance of Hyper Plan), a 'conflict' file will be created with your changes. You can File>Open this file if you want to keep your changes.
  • You can no longer open a file as 'read-only'.
  • You can disable locking by setting Lock plan file to Never in the Preferences window. But this is not recommended. The enabled/disabled status of settings buttons was not shown correctly when using the 'Dark' user interface style. This is now fixed.

New in Hyper Plan 2.0.1 (Mar 11, 2016)

  • Windows and Mac OS X:
  • Cards are now edited in a pop-up (modal) window, instead of being edited in the Left pane of the Cards pane. You can edit cards by either:
  • Selecting Edit>Edit Cards(s)... from the main menu.
  • Right clicking and selecting Edit Cards.
  • Double clicking on a card.
  • This is a significant change to the existing user interface and may take a bit of getting used to. But we have made the change on the basis of customer feedback and consulting with a usability expert. We think it is a significant improvement.
  • You can now delete selected cards using Del (Windows) or Backspace (Mac), rather than Ctrl+Del (Windows) or Cmd+Backspace (Mac). We are still supporting the old behaviour in this release, but this is deprecated and may be removed at some point.
  • There is now a Charts tab. This can be used to show bar charts of properties.
  • Charts:
  • There is now an 'Intelligent' text scaling mode. This allows you to see more text as you zoom in.
  • Intelligent text scaling:
  • The visual appearance of cards has been improved.
  • Improved card appearance:
  • The layout of text in card 'tool tip' windows has been improved.
  • Improved card tooltips:

  • We now provide 35 stock images you can use in your plans. To add a stock image:
  • Select Edit>Edit Images....
  • Click Stock Images....
  • Check the images you wish to include in your plan.
  • Click OK.
  • Click OK.
  • These images will now be available for all cards in your current plan.
  • Add stock images:
  • You can now total the number of cards (rather than a property value) in rows, columns and cells by selecting from the Show total for drop-down list in the Layout/Color Cards section. This is particularly useful if you have WIP (Work In Progress) limits for rows, columns or cells.
  • Total the number of cards
  • You can now drag an image, hyperlink or document onto the Cards pane (away from any cards) to create a new card containing the image or hyperlink.
  • You can now add hyperlinks to cards by dragging hyperlinks or files straight onto existing cards.
  • You can now drag an image from a browser straight into Hyper Plan. This may not work with all browsers. We have tested it successfully with FireFox (Windows/Mac), Internet Explorer (Windows) and Safari (Mac). It does not work with Chrome (drag the image to the desktop and then from the desktop to Hyper Plan).
  • You can now import images from a .csv file. The location of the images must be listed in a column called images (case is unimportant). You should use the full location (path) of the image file, e.g. on Windows: C:\images\myimage.png.
  • import images
  • You can now optionally show notes and hyperlinks icons on cards. Show these icons by checking Show notes icon and Show hyperlinks icon in the Show Card Properties section of the Left pane.

  • You can now zoom in on currently selected cards using the Zoom To toolbar button, View>Zoom To Selected or or Ctrl+/ (Cmd+/ on Mac).
  • Add stock images;
  • You can now use Ctrl+Left Arrow,Ctrl+Right Arrow, Ctrl+Up Arrow and Ctrl+Down Arrow to change the card selection in the Cards pane (use Cmd on Mac). The Up Arrow and Down Arrow keys change row when you move from cell to cell, while the Left Arrow and Right Arrow keys change column when you move from cell to cell. You can use this feature to make presentations, for example:
  • Select the first card for your presentation.
  • Hide the Left pane, e.g. by clicking the Left Pane toolbar button.
  • Click the Zoom To toolbar button.
  • Click the Full Screen toolbar button.
  • Use Ctrl+arrow keys to move from card to card.
  • When you create a new plan it now just contains the property 'Name' by default. To re-enable the old behaviour of showing the New Plan window with suggested properties, you need to check the Suggest properties for new plans check box in the Preferences window.
  • Previously you could use Ctrl+L to show the Left pane in the Cards pane and Ctrl+Alt+L to close it. Now you can use Ctrl+L to toggle it open/closed. Similarly for the panes that make it up (e.g. use Ctrl+B to toggle the Layout/Color Cards pane open/closed). This is a lot easier to remember. We are still supporting the old Alt behaviour in this release, but this is deprecated and may be removed at some point.
  • The visibility of the Left pane is now remembered between Hyper Plan sessions.
  • The size of the page exported to PDF is now remembered.
  • The magnification tool has been changed from circular to a rounded rectangle. This is a better fit with the shape of the cards.
  • You can now optionally show drop shadows for cards by setting Drop shadows to On in the Appearance section of the Left pane.
  • Drop shadow:
  • If you drag a card near to the edge of the Cards pane while zoomed in, it will now start to scroll after a short delay.
  • The Card properties window is now scrollable if there are too many properties to fit the size of the window. This means there is no limit on the number of properties.
  • Previously, when zoomed in, you could hold down the Space key and drag on the background to scroll the Cards pane vertically or horizontally. You now also get this behaviour when dragging on a card or row/col header. Make sure you press the
  • Space key before clicking:
  • The names of any images are now exported to CSV files in an Images column.
  • Printing and PDF export now centers the printout on the page.
  • Tool tips are no longer shown when hovering over cards when the magnifying cursor is being used.
  • Previously you could choose in the Preferences window whether to scroll or zoom when you rotate the mouse wheel and hold down the Ctrl key (on Windows) or the Alt key (on Mac) to invert the chosen behaviour. You can now also hold down the mouse wheel to invert the behaviour (e.g. scroll instead of zoom).
  • Previously you could display a pop-up menu by left or right clicking on a row or column header. You now have to right click.
  • You can now show an expert tips page by selecting Help>Expert Tips.

New in Hyper Plan 1.6.1 (Nov 12, 2015)

  • Hyper Plan is now much faster at calculating the card layout. This is particularly noticeable when you have 1000+ cards. On one particularly large plan the we tested the layout calculation time was reduced from 10 seconds to 0.1 second.
  • Previously text was scaled to fit cards. You can now optionally set a fixed font size for all cards using the new Font size fields in the Appearance section of the Cards pane. If there is too much text for the space available in the card, then the text will be truncated.
  • You can now control whether the color legend displays the colors of cards hidden by filtering.
  • If you hover over a cell in the Cards pane a small '+' will appear at the bottom right of the cell. Click this to add a new card to this cell.
  • You can now right click on the Links field to get a menu which allows you to Paste links or Clear all links.
  • You can now preserve the rows or columns of cards during drag and drop using the Shift key.
  • To preserve the columns: select cards in multiple columns, hold down the Shift key and drag horizontally to a different row.
  • To preserve the rows: select cards in multiple rows, hold down the Shift key and drag vertically to a different column.
  • You can now choose whether to show totals for cells, rows and columns or just rows and columns using the new in cells check box in the Layout/Color cards section.

  • You can now control how long card animations take using the Animation duration field in the Preferences window. Set it to 0 if you don't want animated transitions.
  • You can now turn off the text in the toolbar by unchecking Show text in toolbar in the Preferences window.
  • The advanced filtering of cards previously ignored any filter with no value. This meant it was difficult to, for example, hide cards with an empty value for a particular property. This is now fixed.
  • The number of plans recorded in File>Recent Files has been increased to 10.
  • The maximum header size in the Cards pane has been increased.
  • Hyper Plan now gives you the option to rename associated stored views when you rename a property.

  • Previously Hyper Plan recalculated the card layout when notes or other fields not involved in the layout were updated. This is now fixed.
  • Previously pre-defined property values were not always filtered correctly. This is now fixed.
  • Previously the card layout sometimes had empty rows. This is now fixed.
  • Previously the total boxes could overlap for some card aspect ratios. This is now fixed.

New in Hyper Plan 1.5.1 (Jul 27, 2015)

  • Hyper Plan now supports images in cards:
  • So you can add images of colleagues and customers, logos, icons or any other type of image to your cards. Just drag and drop the image file onto the card.

  • You can now choose a property to be of type Automatic, Text, Numeric or Date:
  • If the type is Automatic, Hyper Plan will treat the property as Text, Numeric or Date depending on the values it has.

  • Hyper Plan dynamically colors text on cards black or white, depending on how dark the card is, in order to maximise contrast. Previously it didn't always make a good choice (e.g. black on saturated blue). We have now improved this.
  • Previously exporting plans with non-Latin characters to .csv caused problems. Hyper Plan now encodes these files in UTF-8 (on Windows).
  • A TXT option has been added to the File>Export menu.
