- Adjustment layers which can be found in the layers menu, a variety of effects brushes, a motion blur brush, new smart edge technology in brush tools including Hue Brush and Sponge Brush, 3 new color adjustment tools, an exposure adjustment tool, a smart photo fix filter, a smart contrast adjustment tool, and 2 new filters that produce mosaic or small tile effects. Version 3.0 also has a new perspective transform tool.
