- Fixed a bug where the app mishandled input during snipping and basically took over the system unless you knew how to kill the app through task manager with only the keyboard. This didn't affect all systems and I suspect it came about as the result of Windows Update.
- Added an option to freeze the display while using the snipping tool. (It doesn't really freeze the display, but it renders a screenshot overlay on top of everything, and the snip comes from that).
