- Integrated Report Writer and Mail Merge - quickly perform Mail Merges to print Merge Documents, Reports, Labels and Envelopes with the new easy to use Wizards. The powerful report writer enables custom reports, mail merges, labels and envelopes to be easily created and saved for quick printing directly from the program.
- Email Merge - Easily create and send HTML Email using an Email Merge. Can be used to send to any Contacts including Custom Lists, Filtered Lists, or even to one or more selected Contacts. Performing an Email merge with this program is just as easy as sending a regular email !
- Track Mail and Email Merges with Activity Tracking! You can see the complete history of each Contact, even mass mailings. You can even mark them for follow-up if desired.
- Integration with Microsoft Office Outlook - Insight Professional now has it's own toolbar in Outlook to Add, Reply, or Forward with an Insight Activity directly from any Outlook email folder (Office XP, 2003, or 2007).
- Now send HTML formatted Email.
- Prospect Tracking - track any number of tasks, meetings, email and other activities to any number of Contacts all under one sales 'prospect' or 'project'.
- Integrated Spell checking of Email, Notes and any Merge documents you create.
