  • Installer Fixed - Customers using 64-bit Windows PCs reported errors when installing Keyrite. We have found and fixed these errors.

New in Keyrite 2.21 Beta 3 (Dec 15, 2012)

  • UPGRADED - Key Change Code - We replaced the key change core code. The key change should be a higher quality than prior versions.
  • UPGRADED - Compiled For Newest Windows - We upgraded our Software Development Tools to compile for latest .NET, DirectX, Windows Media Player on 32-bit and 64-bit Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7. This should improve performance and stability.
  • CHANGED - Key Change Does Not Trigger Preview Play - You can now change the Key buttons without triggering play, yet still change them on the fly while playing.
  • FIXED - Buffer Not Being Cleared At End - In version 2.20 when you stop play before the end of the file, there was an audio chunk that was retained and would sound for abount one-tenth a second at the start of the next play operation.
  • FIXED - Location Slider and Numerical Value Field Broken - In vreson 2.20 if you played from the start, the slider stops at the right edge, but audio plays for about a second more. We adjusted the slider so it hits the right edge at the audio end. The numerical value shown at the right of the location slider should now show 00:00/00:08 for an 8 second file, and play ends at that point.
  • FIXED - Registration Problem - Version 2.20 prevents upgrading the existing version using the UPGRADE option. Version 2.21 fixes it so anyone can upgrade from 2.21 on. Our web master has also fixed it so 2.20 users CAN upgrade to 2.21.
