What's new in Kikzilla 1.0.3

- on some Macs Ableton Live opened kikzilla's window in random size first. So you had to close and reopen it
- the edit fields of the registration dialogue were unusable in Mac 32 Bit VST2 when you clicked them one after the other without pressing return
- the VST3 sometimes crashed in Ableton Live Mac when you moved the controls which have a parameter display
- with Cubase 10.5 and Nuendo 10 on macOS loading a project containing kikzilla VST3 sometimes crashed the DAW
